Going for a bushwalk? Here are some tips before you go:

✅  Check weather forecasts and park alerts

✅  Pack essential supplies – food, water, first aid kit, sunscreen, insect repellent

✅  Dress appropriately – comfortable hiking shoes, long lightweight clothing, hat, waterproof jacket

✅  Apply sunscreen and insect repellent.
