It’s National Missing Persons Week. This campaign aims to raise awareness of the significant issues surrounding missing persons and profile long-term missing persons.
The ACT currently has 14 long term missing people, including two missing overseas.
Police would like to find answers for the families and friends who don’t know what happened to their loved ones – but they need the public’s help to do that.
You may have information that could help solve a missing persons investigation. Get involved and show your support by viewing the missing person profiles.
If you have seen a missing person or have information about their whereabouts:
- Call the National Missing Persons Coordination Centre on 1800 000 634
- Report to ACT Region Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.crimestoppersact.com.au
